Documents in the following areas:

• One Drive

• Google Drive

• Network Drive

One Drive is accessible by logging into O365 and is accessible from any computer you log into -

Google Drive is accessible by logging into Google and is accessible from any computer you log into - even at home. 

Your network drive is available by logging into your CASD computer and is only accessible when you log in on our CASD network on a CASD computer.  These documents are not accessible from your home computer.  This drive is mapped to your "Documents" folder.

You may see a path listed at the top of your documents when you are saving them that starts with \\casd-vm-fac-fs1\...... at the end of the path is your name.

If the document is downloaded, it will be found in your downloads folder and can be moved to an appropriate designated folder.
