Dear CASD Families, Staff, and Community Members,

On Tuesday, June 23, the Coatesville Area School District Board of School Directors held its monthly board meeting, marking the conclusion of another remarkable school year. The meeting provided an opportunity to celebrate student achievements, recognize important district milestones, and share updates that will help shape the future of our schools. Below are some of the highlights from across the district.

Celebrating Excellence Across CASD

  • Congratulations to the Class of 2026 on their graduation on June 4, and best wishes as they begin the next chapter of their journey.

  • We celebrate our fifth-grade students as they prepare to transition to middle school next year.

  • We congratulate our kindergarten students on successfully completing their first year of school and moving on to first grade.

  • We commend all CASD students for their hard work, growth, and accomplishments throughout the school year.

Investing in the Future of Learning

Connecting With Our Community

  • CASD participated in the June 5 First Friday event, which featured the return of the Strawberry Festival and the kickoff of Juneteenth community celebrations.

  • The district gratefully acknowledges the generosity of several community partners whose donations will directly support our students and programs:

    • Highland Orchards, Inc. — $250 to North Brandywine Middle School

    • Kids In Need Foundation — $2,000 to Reeceville Elementary School

    • Allied Landscape — $486.03 to the CASH College & Career Center

    • Ahold Delhaize USA — $850.04 to North Brandywine Middle School

    • Giant/Martin's Feeding School Kids Campaign — $8,681.10 to the district

    • Chester County Community Foundation, Inc. — $1,500 to the AFJROTC Program

As we close the 2025–2026 school year, I extend my sincere gratitude to our students, staff, families, and community partners for their unwavering support and dedication. Together, we have celebrated successes, overcome challenges, and continued creating opportunities for every learner. The progress we have made this year reflects the strength of our Raider community and our shared commitment to excellence. More families continue to choose Coatesville because we remain focused on Building the Future for Student Success.

El martes 23 de junio, la Junta de Directores Escolares del Distrito Escolar del Área de Coatesville llevó a cabo su reunión mensual, marcando la conclusión de otro extraordinario año escolar. La reunión brindó la oportunidad de celebrar los logros de nuestros estudiantes, reconocer importantes hitos del distrito y compartir actualizaciones que ayudarán a dar forma al futuro de nuestras escuelas. A continuación, compartimos algunos de los aspectos más destacados de todo el distrito.

Celebrando la Excelencia en CASD
