The Coatesville Area School District will receive sealed bids for the Natatorium Lighting Replacement for Coatesville Area High School project. Work includes removing and providing new lighting and lighting controls in the natatorium.
Sealed bids are to be delivered to the Coatesville Area School District Administration Building, 3030 CG Zinn Road, Thorndale, PA 19372 no later than 2:00 PM, prevailing time on the following date, at which time bids will be publicly opened and read. Monday, June 23rd, 2025.
A Pre-Bid meeting will be held on Monday, June 9th, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Coatesville Area School District Administration Building.
Copies of the Contract Documents, including drawings and the project manual will be available as of Monday, June 2nd, 2025. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidder.
This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
