• "Studying the arts and music elevates children’s education, expands students’ horizons, and teaches them to appreciate the wonder of life”
    - Richard W. Riley, U.S. Secretary of Education

Welcome to our world! The process of exploring and creating, rather than the finished product, is most important for the young artist. Our art activities leave room for the artist to use imagination and exploration, keys to creativity. Exposing children to a variety of materials, skills and great “artists” allows them to develop visual literacy skills to take them into adulthood. Also, research strongly indicates that incorporating the arts into the curriculum improves test scores, academic levels and self-confidence.
