Graduated from Hahnemann University with a Bachelor Degree in Nursing, worked twelve years as an Emergency Department nurse including the Children's Hopsital of Philadelphia, completed School Nurse Certification and Master's Degree from Widener University, served the School District of Philadelphia for fourteen years, and joined CASD 2015.
