ATTENDANCE

Regular school attendance is imperative for success in school. If your child is absent from school, please email the reason for the excuse that includes the date and purpose of the absence. You can email these to our attendance office at cashattendance@casdschools.org. Students can also bring notes down to the attendance window located in the main office.

If your child requires an early dismissal from school, a written note is required with the date, requested time for dismissal, purpose of the request and a contact number for verification. If your family is planning an educational trip or vacation, please submit those requests to the Attendance Office at least two weeks in advance of the absence. Please limit absences and appointments to emergencies only. Being present in school and actively participating is paramount to success.

TCHS AND DELAWARE COUNTY COMMUNITY COLLEGE STUDENTS

If your student attends TCHS, he or she will attend beginning Monday, August 25th. TCHS students must be on their shuttle bus by 7:15 a.m. Students should board one of the shuttle buses which will be located in front of the Coatesville Area Senior High School main office (Door #1). Upon return – students will be dropped off in front of the CASH Main Office and enter through door #2 and report immediately to their 5th period class. Parents – please talk to your child about driving safely and not having anyone in their vehicle without the appropriate permissions and NOT making any stops on their return trip to CASH from TCHS.

Delaware County Community College students will report to DCCC on Monday, August 25th.  The shuttle bus (Bus #10) will be located along the side of the Coatesville Area Senior High School near the music wing area.
