Important Event Reminders:

  1. Registration forms are due by March 20th.

    The cost is $5 per person (nonrefundable), which includes one Bingo card for all standard games. Forms were sent home with students. If you need another copy, please contact the PTO.

  2. Dinner is available by pre-order only.

    No outside food is permitted. You can order dinner on the registration form. We’re offering pizza and Chick-fil-A options.

  3. Snacks, candy, and drinks will be available for purchase during the event.

  4. In addition to our regular Bingo games, we’ll also have:

    • Special Game cards (sold at the event)

    • Raffle tickets for themed baskets

    • A 50/50 raffle

This event truly takes a village, and we need your help to make it a success. Even small contributions make a big difference.

Here’s how you can support Family Bingo Night:

  1. Donate individually wrapped baked goods (homemade or store-bought) for our dessert table and receive 5 free raffle tickets in exchange.

  2. Contribute to a themed basket.

    Check our SignUp Genius to see what items are still needed, and send donations to school with your child.

  3. Make a monetary donation through Zeffy.

    PTO members will use your contribution to purchase remaining basket items. 

  4. Volunteer the night of the event.

    We especially need help distributing food and running the snack table. Many volunteer roles take place before the games begin, so you can support the school and still enjoy Bingo with your child. All volunteers will receive 5 free raffle tickets.

Family Bingo Night is one of the most important ways we fund improvements for our students — including our playground. Your time, donations, and participation directly impact our school community.
