SERVICE. GRATITUDE. REMEMBRANCE.
Coatesville seniors Declan Brady, Brandon Berger, and Camryn Johnson, members of the Angela C. Cristoforo Chapter of the National Honor Society, recently volunteered their time to organize Bravery Kits for firefighters and first responders who continue to serve their communities each day.
The kits are part of Beacons of Bravery, a service project created by the Brighten A Day Foundation in recognition of the 25th anniversary of September 11, 2001.
We are proud of Declan, Brandon, and Camryn for honoring the spirit of service through their own act of giving back and showing appreciation for the first responders who dedicate themselves to helping others.
Thank you for representing Coatesville with pride and purpose!

Today, across our country, solemn and reverent ceremonies are being held to honor and remember those who were lost and those families, friends, and colleagues who were impacted 25 years ago on September 11, 2001.
This morning, our AFJROTC held a flag-raising ceremony and led an announcement commemorating that day and reflecting on its lasting significance.
Throughout the day, remembrance will continue across our schools and classrooms as students learn about the events of September 11 and honor the lives lost, the courage shown, and the many acts of service and sacrifice that followed.
Today, the Coatesville Area School District joins our community and our nation in remembering.

COMMUNITY SUPPORT IN ACTION!
Our students had some special guests welcoming them back on the first day of school! Earlier this week, Me We City was at CASH to greet our students and show their support as they began a new school year.
And their support doesn’t stop there! Each month, Me We City visits a different CASD school to encourage our students and remind them that their community is behind them.
It’s partnerships like these that demonstrate what Coatesville community pride is all about. When our schools and community come together to support our students, we help create opportunities for them to succeed.
Thank you, Me We City, for continuing to show up for our Red Raiders!

TALARIA THROWBACK THURSDAY!
With the first few days of a new school year now in the books, today’s Throwback Thursday is more of a toss!
We’re only going back a few months to revisit the smiling faces of our Class of 2026. Wherever life has taken our newest alumni — college, career, military service, or another exciting path — we hope they are doing well and wish them continued success on the journey ahead.
And now, we can’t wait to see where this year takes the Class of 2027 and all the smiling faces that will fill the pages of the next Talaria!
Once a Red Raider, always a Red Raider!

REPRESENTING COATESVILLE WITH PRIDE!
This morning, Campus Principals Mr. Chenger and Mr. Maloney joined TCHS Brandywine Principal Mr. Purdy to meet with our students attending TCHS and thank them for representing our district and community with pride.
Students were encouraged to give their best each day, take full advantage of the opportunities available through their programs, and continue representing Coatesville positively. The principals also reviewed expectations and procedures for traveling to and from TCHS to help set students up for a safe and successful year.
We’re proud of our students and excited to see all they will accomplish this year!
