I am so excited to be starting another school year here in Coatesville teaching third grade! My name is Cara Mayan and I am proud to have your child in my third-grade classroom. I am very excited to work with you as a team and help your child be the best learning student, he/she can be. I have so many fun things planned already for this very important year in your child’s education. Third grade is filled with lots of experiences that will help them accomplish anything they set their minds too.    

         I am a very enthusiastic, loving teacher and can’t imagine doing anything else besides enriching children’s lives. I was born and raised here in Coatesville and am a product of the Coatesville Area School District. This will be my 21^st year of teaching here in Coatesville. Before I came to Kings Highway, I had the opportunity to teach at Friendship Elementary School (until closing last year) and before that, Benner & Gordon Elementary Schools. I truly believe Kings Highway has the best of the best ~students & staff~ and our test scores show it! We are definitely a family here. My door is always open, so please don’t hesitate to email or call me. The best way to help your child is to have open communication. All questions or concerns you may have are important.
