My schooling started in Camden NJ as a long-term substitue at Kaighn Scool. That school was only for girls who would be having a baby in three or four months. I was Mrs. Robinson's substitue however she was in the building each day writing curriculum specifically for that school. She was my inspiration and influence for going into Family and Consumer Sciences education. I love teaching skills that support individuals quest to become independent, self sufficent, healthy productive citizens. It is important to me to lift the well-being of every community. That is why I have been teaching in this field for a number of years.
