We will require one form for each child requiring transportation. Your child WILL NOT be scheduled for transportation if a completed form is not submitted to the Coatesville Area School District Transportation Department. Forms must be submitted no later than June 30th of every school year in order to receive busing for the first week of school. If your busing needs change or your address information changes, please fill out another form and submit it to us ASAP. Thank you very much for your cooperation in this matter.
