Thank you for visiting our board agenda and minutes page.  Because of improved technology, we will no longer be posting Board packets.  Each item that is a public enclosure can be viewed by clicking on the link within the agenda.  Thank you for your patience as we continue to improve our board agenda and minutes page.

In the effort to promote transparency, the Board of Directors has created this page to post agendas and minutes.  The Board will make every reasonable effort to post the agenda 48 hours in advance of the meeting, however, there will be times that the Board, in order to accomplish the mission of educating children, may add agenda items and act on items not posted. 

If you have difficulties accessing a link, please call Mary Friedberg at 610-466-2400 during normal business hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.).  Please be informed, if a technology failure unexpectedly occurs, the Board will still conduct voting business at the regularly scheduled meeting.  In instances where such failure occurs, the Board may, in its sole discretion, choose to recess for a period of time so that the public can access documents on their devices during the meeting and provide public comment.

The agenda for the second meeting of the month, will not duplicate links that were available in the committee meeting agenda.  Those links will appear inactive in the voting meeting agenda.
