• The Coatesville Area School District has implemented a new facilities scheduling program called FMX (Facilities Management eXpress). We no longer use paper applications for Facilities Use. Everything will be completed on line.

    You must first create a user account for your organization.  Any item with an “*” must be completed. You must also upload a copy of your insurance certificate meeting the requirements set forth in the facilities use policy when creating your account.

     

    Once you have created an account with proper insurance information, your insurance will be approved by the facilities department. After this approval, you may enter your facilities use request. To start the process you must log in under “community member login.” Then you must click scheduling request on the left hand side of your screen and click the “+ New Request” button on the top right of your screen. Below is a link to a pdf copy of the schedule request form on line for reference. Any item with an “*” must be completed. Then click the submit button.

    Your application will then go through the approval process in the scheduling system.

    Any money due will be invoiced to you based on the facilities use policy.
