Hello CAIHS Students!

The Guidance Team hopes you all are doing well and staying safe inside your homes!  This is an unusual time and we are sure it hasn't been easy for you.  Remember:

• Anxiety is completely normal during this time.
• Stay connected with friends.
• Feel your feelings!
• Be kind to yourself and others! 

This past week your teachers participated in multiple online trainings to help them plan virtual lessons and activities and are now working hard to get this new technology ready for you.  All virtual classes will officially start on April 14^th.  All third marking period assignments must be completed by April 17^th.

WE are here for you!!  WE are all in this together.  We miss you and think about you every day.  We are available by email right now and should have phone service through our computers soon. We will be setting up online office hours which will start next week and will be posted on our websites.  In the meantime, please add yourself to the High School Guidance Google Classroom. The code to join the class is p4a7lsg.
